I have just barely uploaded and backed up these photos from Jenny and Alvin’s engagement photos session this weekend, but I couldn’t resist sharing a few previews. I don’t tend to seek out the sunset shot, but somehow we stumbled out of the trees upon this view and how could I not jump! I had a sunsets-are-so-overdone philosophy that went to pieces, because really, even as they happen every day, sunsets are miracles for the taking – a vision for all to share together, a collective awe.

I am very excited to photograph this couple’s wedding in May. Jenny and Alvin are joyful and so lovable.
